Campaign
Deceit, power and conspiracy drive a title sequence that challenges perceptions and obscures reality, slowly revealing the dark secrets that are hidden deep within.
Working with the in-house creative and marketing departments I helped build the award winning show identity and concept for the title sequence. I created and rolled out the UK advertising campaign and also helped built the European toolkits for the different regions.
The theme and style was influenced and guided by the Title Sequence; the blurred lines between good and evil and light and dark. The frames below from the Deep State titles represented that the deeper ‘you’ or the main character goes in to the deep state the darker things become.

The obstruction of reality was key in the development stage, understanding how this could be interpreted creatively to evoke a sense of discomfort in the audience as well as curiosity.
‘Smoke and Mirrors’ was the theme explored which initially led to the frosted glass creative that was chosen
